Hello all. I have been contacted by a reporter who is working on a copyright infringement – Troll news story. The reporter is looking for specific types of John Does to talk to. Specifically those Does that are “Very” unlikely as to have been the ones to download/share the pornographic movie(s). We are talking the elderly, infirmed, blind, out of the country during the time, etc.
I have provided the reporter some initial leads, but I’m sure you guys may be able to help. The reporter stressed confidentiality with those they talk with, so please don’t hesitate.

One often wonders why you can find puff pieces on some of the trolls, some of the truly innocent, some of the defense lawyers, but no one ever talks to those handful of people trying to educate people about the scam on the basic level.
